Sri Vidya Learning Centre (also referred to here as “SVLC”) reserves the right to cancel, postpone or make changes to programs as necessary based on circumstances at SVLC or in accordance with government regulations, and mandates from central and state governments and local health authorities.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • No refunds will be made for the Online or In-person programs once your participation is confirmed.
  • It may be possible to re-register for the same Program later if you cannot attend the Program you registered for.
  • You can register for the same Program within three months of the originally registered program start date. If the program fee has increased, you will have to pay the difference in price in addition to the re-registration fee.
  • If you leave the program mid-way for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund, and we will consider this a cancellation of your registration.
  • There will be no refund for a no-show.
  • The registration is non-transferable. 
  • We reserve the right to revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time and our sole discretion.
  • To participate in advanced modules, you must complete the pre-requisite program(s) as your Srividya Learning Centre program coordinator suggested.
  • For Duplicate Payment/ Wrong Payment, we will deduct the transaction fee as applicable.
  • The applicant will bear all the bank, intermediary, and transaction charges. Please ensure the transfer amount includes all the applicable charges.
  • Refund shall be through the same mode as that received by us. A reasonable time is allowed for the refund, not exceeding three months.
  • You can substitute your registration with someone else without additional charges. Your request for substitution should be sent in writing to srimeru999@gmail.com and is subject to approval.
  • In case multiple participants register together as a group, only the primary participants can request a transfer or postpone the date.
  • No refund can be claimed if you are not allowed to continue the Program due to violating the code of conduct.
  • You can transfer your registration for the Program to a family member, relative or friend by sending an email to srimeru999@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8088256632. No other mode of communication for transfer requests will be accepted.
  • The transferee shall complete the registration process online, and the application will be processed and reviewed as per the standard procedure before confirming the registration.
  • The terms of transfer are applicable only to this module, and they cannot be transferred to any other module.
  • Once you decide to transfer your registration, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund policy for online donations & magazine subscriptions:

Donations and Subscriptions made online will not be refunded. Please note that there will be no refund under any circumstances.

Force Majeure:

If it is impossible or impracticable, or illegal for Sri Vidya Learning Centre to proceed with or carry out the announced module/ program/class in whole or in part, due to any act of God, acts or decrees of the government, fire, casualty, flood, earthquake, war, strike, demonstrations, lockout, epidemic, pandemic, destruction of its facilities, riot, insurrection, materials unavailability, or any other cause(s) beyond the reasonable control of SVLC and as a result thereof if SVLC has to delay, postpone, reschedule, terminate and/or cancel the module/program/class, SVLC will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by the Trainee/ Participant in that regard.
